Mission: Heavy Burden

Eye Patch is near the first suspended bridge on the way to the Tolerance’s bridge. Do not cross the main bridge yet. Go through the open door at the far end, follow the higher side walkway all the way around, and stop at the locked door. The Skull is tucked onto the narrow ledge to the right of that door.

At the first suspended bridge, ignore the main route and go through the open door at the far end.
